Assess, treat, and support residents with communication and swallowing challenges.

Create personalized care plans to make a meaningful impact.

Follow facility policies for documentation, billing, and resident assessments.

Provide information for resident evaluations, including signs of disorders and functional status.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state license, knowledge of long-term care regulations.
