Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Join a boutique therapy team dedicated to supporting clinicians with transparency, exceptional support, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

This role offers a *4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)* with a low caseload capped at 30 students (PreK–12th grade), allowing for quality therapy and personal time.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and presenting IEPs, providing direct therapy services, and collaborating with educators and families.

Qualifications required are an active Colorado SLP license, CDE Special Services Provider license, and a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology. School-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay ranges from $50.00 to $55.00/hour, with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and in-person work. The contract runs from August 10, 2026, to June 4, 2027.
