This full-time Speech Language Pathologist position offers a $4,000 signing bonus, paid school holidays (Fall, Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring breaks), federal holidays, health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental), paid time off, sick leave, a 401K plan, tuition reimbursement, and a Health Savings Account. Responsibilities include providing direct and consultative speech and language services for K-12+ students with developmental disabilities and AAC users, evaluating students, developing IEPs, programming and maintaining augmentative communication devices, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, monitoring student progress, and maintaining documentation for Medicaid billing. The candidate must have a Master’s Degree, valid state certification and license, fingerprint clearance, and obtain Medicaid credentials. Preferred qualifications include AZ Hearing Screening certification. The work environment may involve moderate to loud noise with students exhibiting challenging behaviors. The role pays approximately $90,000 annually.
