This full-time Speech Language Pathologist position offers a $4,000 joining bonus, paid school holidays (Fall, Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring breaks), federal holidays, and benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental), paid time off, sick leave, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and health savings account. The role is a 10-month position (August–May) working collaboratively with OTs, PTs, and other SLPs to serve K-12+ students, including AAC users and those with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include providing direct and consultative speech therapy, evaluating students, developing IEPs, programming communication devices, participating in multidisciplinary teams, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation for Medicaid billing. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid Arizona SLP certification and license, fingerprint clearance, and eligibility for Medicaid billing. Preferred qualifications include an AZ Hearing Screening Certificate. The work environment may involve moderate to loud noise and handling students with challenging behaviors. The annual salary is $90,000.
