We have a Part-time/PRN opportunity for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure continuous care, and documenting patient progress in the health information system.
Candidates must hold current SLP licensure and a valid driver’s license. The role involves working on the road, with a required relocation to State College, PA before starting.
