We are offering a part-time/PRN position for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure continuity of care, and documenting patient progress in the health information system.
Ideal candidates must have an active SLP license and a valid driver’s license. The role involves working on the road with flexible scheduling, primarily Monday to Friday.
