Speech Language Pathologist (Home Health) (Part time/PRN)

A part-time/PRN licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to assess, diagnose, treat, and prevent communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.

Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure continuous care, and documenting patient progress in the health information system.

Work primarily involves managing cognitive-communication and swallowing issues related to stroke, brain injury, illness, surgery, injury, or dementia.

Current SLP licensure and a valid driver’s license are required. The role offers flexible scheduling, excellent compensation, and benefits such as 401(k), continuing education, dental and vision insurance, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
