We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time/PRN role to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team, and documenting patient progress in the health information system.
