We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time/PRN role to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless care
- Maintaining accurate documentation in the health information system
Requirements:
- Current SLP license
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to relocate to State College, PA before starting
