We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN, providing services in the community.
Assess and evaluate patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in accordance with state laws and care plans.Collaborate with healthcare team members and physicians to develop and implement therapy plans.Treat patients to improve communication and functional abilities, and train families and caregivers.Must hold a valid license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and have reliable transportation to serve multiple patient locations daily.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401K with employer match, paid time off, holidays, employee referral bonuses, and more.
