Speech Language Pathologist- Home Health – Part Time – Jackson

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN, providing services within the scope of practice to assess and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Evaluate patient needs, develop therapy plans, and assist physicians in treatment planning.

Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing functions, instruct patients, families, and caregivers.

Must hold an active license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
