We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN.
The role involves assessing and treating patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments within state practice guidelines.
Key responsibilities include evaluating patient function, developing therapy plans, providing treatment, and instructing patients, families, and caregivers.
Must have an active, unencumbered speech pathology license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the local area.
