We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist in Jackson, TN to join our Home Health team.
Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs within state practice scope. Develop and implement therapy plans in coordination with healthcare teams. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques. Provide services based on diagnostic and prognostic assessments to improve communication and functional abilities.
