Speech Language Pathologist- Home Health – Part Time – Jackson

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN.

Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Collaborate with healthcare team and assist physicians in developing therapy plans.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques.

Must hold a valid state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation.
