We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN.
Provide assessment and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within scope of practice. Evaluate patient function, assist in developing therapy plans, and deliver effective communication therapy. Instruct patients, families, and healthcare team members to support therapy goals. Must hold an active license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation.
