Speech Language Pathologist- Home Health – Part Time – Jackson

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN, providing services within the scope of practice to assess and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Evaluate patient needs, assist in developing therapy plans, and deliver effective communication therapy.

Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members on therapy strategies.

Must hold an active license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR certification, and have reliable transportation.
