Speech Language Pathologist- Home Health – Part Time – Jackson

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist for our Home Health team in Jackson, TN, to provide assessment and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Evaluate patient needs, develop therapy plans, and collaborate with healthcare team members.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies.

Ensure services are delivered within state practice laws and scope.

Must hold a valid license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for home visits.
