Speech Language Pathologist- Home Health – Part Time – Jackson

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN.

Provide assessment and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state practice scope.

Evaluate patient function, assist in developing therapy plans, and educate patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Ensure services align with clinical standards and collaborate with physicians and team members.

Must hold an active, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation.
