Conduct evaluations, assess home environments, and identify equipment needs related to speech and language.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using specialized techniques and recommend communication aids.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain clinical competency.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment regimes and refer for additional services as needed.
Possess a master’s or doctoral degree, hold licensure or meet licensing requirements, and have at least one year of clinical experience.
