Our team specializes in providing personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes, with a flexible schedule and a supportive, family-like work environment.
The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, recommend communication devices, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care. They may also instruct patients, families, and caregivers, and supervise home health aides when needed.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology;
– State licensure or equivalent clinical experience and exam completion;
– At least one year of clinical SLP experience.
