As an SLP, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one care, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, administering therapy, and recommending communication devices. You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care, educate patients and families, and supervise aides when needed.
Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology, valid state licensure or supervised clinical experience if licensing is unavailable, and at least one year of clinical experience.
