We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) dedicated to personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
The SLP will:
- Conduct evaluations, assess home environments, and identify equipment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to improve speech and communication functions.
- Administer therapy using specialized techniques and recommend communication aids.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain clinical competency.
- Educate patients and families about treatment and refer to additional services as needed.
- Supervise home health aides related to therapy procedures, as appropriate.
Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, state licensure (or equivalent clinical experience), passing a national exam, and at least one year of clinical experience.
