Role: Speech Pathologist
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in inpatient rehab and home-based settings.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients with neurological and medically complex conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families about treatment and progress.
- Document outcomes and support safe discharges.
- Contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding care environment.
- Engage in ongoing professional growth and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy.
- Experience working with neurological and medically complex adult patients.
