We seek passionate *Pediatric Speech Therapists and SLPAs* for our multidisciplinary, therapist-owned clinics in Springdale and Rogers.

We provide in-clinic treatment with occasional home or daycare visits, with a strong focus on professional development and collaboration among clinicians.
Responsibilities include developing personalized care plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, motivating children, consulting with team members, and documenting care.
Requirements: valid Arkansas licensure, active Medicaid number or willingness to obtain, strong communication, professional attitude, and enthusiasm for mentoring. Spanish skills are preferred.
