Position: Speech Language Pathologist (Full-time, transitioning to permanent)

Purpose: Provide high-quality speech and language therapy for clients with Autism (ages 0-21) in a dynamic ABA-focused environment. Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure ethical service delivery.
Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid Michigan license, preferred clinical fellowship completion, experience with Autism in ABA settings.
Responsibilities include managing diverse caseloads, conducting assessments, providing therapy, documenting progress, billing, attending staff meetings, and maintaining ethical standards. Must be physically flexible, work in active environments, and be available for non-traditional hours.
