Speech-Language Pathologist – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to children birth to 21 in school and home settings.

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop personalized treatment plans and implement evidence-based techniques.

Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate documentation and educate families on support strategies.

Serve up to 30 hrs/week during the school year and approximately 45 hrs in summer.

Requirements include CCC-SLP, MN licensure, and Department of Education licensure. Skills needed are pediatrics experience, strong assessment and communication skills, and teamwork abilities. Join us to make a positive impact on children’s communication development!
