The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, with up to 30 hrs/week during the school year and approximately 45 hrs in summer. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, implementing evidence-based therapies, collaborating with families and professionals, and maintaining documentation.
Requirements include CCC-SLP, MN Department of Health licensure, and Department of Education licensure. Skills needed are pediatric experience, proficiency in therapy techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of early intervention practices.
