This position involves providing direct patient care as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on maximizing patients’ speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
Essential duties include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, communicating with interdisciplinary team members, and educating patients and families. The SLP documents services accurately, manages billing and regulatory requirements, and supervises clinical staff.
