We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in adults.
Provide therapeutic interventions, supervise staff, and document clinical activities in line with standards and treatment plans. Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized plans aimed at maximizing functional communication. Maintain compliance with policies, ensure resident safety, and participate in care conferences, quality improvement, and department activities. Support the organization’s mission, uphold residents’ rights, and perform duties in a professional, timely, and accurate manner. Work in a healthcare environment with potential exposure to infectious materials, requiring flexibility to work beyond regular hours.
