Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and support in a skilled nursing facility.
Evaluate, treat, and develop personalized therapy plans to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, collaborating with families and healthcare teams. Perform comprehensive evaluations, document services accurately, and ensure treatment aligns with regulatory and billing standards. Supervise clinical staff, contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings, and incorporate team and patient input into care planning. Maintain professional development through continuing education, peer interactions, and presentations. Promote a positive facility culture by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service. Ensure safety practices and proper use of equipment, maintaining a safe work environment. Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, CCC certification, CA license or candidate, CPR certification if required.
