Speech-Language Pathologist

Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and support in a skilled nursing facility.

  • Evaluate, treat, and develop personalized therapy plans to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, collaborating with families and healthcare teams.
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, document services accurately, and ensure treatment aligns with regulatory and billing standards.
  • Supervise clinical staff, contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings, and incorporate team and patient input into care planning.
  • Maintain professional development through continuing education, peer interactions, and presentations.
  • Promote a positive facility culture by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
  • Ensure safety practices and proper use of equipment, maintaining a safe work environment.

  • Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, CCC certification, CA license or candidate, CPR certification if required.
