Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, cooperative therapeutic school serving students 5-22 and adults with developmental challenges in Vermont.
Responsibilities include consulting on IEPs, guiding programming in social communication, literacy, and self-advocacy, and managing a small caseload. The role involves supervising staff, developing individualized goals, and fostering collaborative relationships.
Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, and preferably a Vermont license. Experience with students with significant challenges and staff supervision is required. Flexibility in hours and potential for a Clinical Fellowship Year are available.
