Speech Language Pathologist

This position offers a salary range of $56,000 to $65,000, based on skills and experience.

Are you passionate about working with children birth to 3 years and making a difference for families? This role as an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist involves providing home and community-based services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays.

Responsibilities include participating in assessments, delivering developmentally appropriate speech therapy, developing and implementing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), and acting as a service coordinator. You will collaborate with families, support parent-child interactions, and ensure culturally sensitive, individualized care.

Requirements include current MA licensure, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Bilingual skills are a plus.
