We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, cooperative therapeutic school serving students 5-22 and adults with intellectual disabilities in Vermont.
Provide direct instruction in social communication, literacy, and self-advocacy, and consult on IEP development based on the whole child approach.
Supervise SLPAs and support staff, manage a small caseload, and develop individualized programming rooted in real-world participation.
Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, and preferably a Vermont Speech Pathologist license. Experience with students with significant challenges and staff supervision is required.
This full-time, year-round position offers a salary between $70,000–$80,000, with a total compensation package of $84,868–$95,412 including benefits such as health insurance, retirement, paid time off, and more.
