Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time or part-time work with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over one year.
_**Position Overview:**_ Provide patient-centered care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, including evaluations, treatment planning, and family communication. Contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts, supervise clinicians, and document services accurately.
_**Key Responsibilities:**_ Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, communicate progress, instruct families and staff, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards. Collaborate with team members, participate in meetings, and support professional growth through continuing education.
_**Qualifications:**_ Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, California license or license candidate, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. Must be able to perform physical tasks related to direct patient care and maintain safety standards.
