This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year.
Position Overview: Provide direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, document services accurately, and supervise clinical staff. Communicate progress, educate patients and staff, and ensure safety and compliance.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, valid licensure and certification (CCC-SLP, CPR, California license). Strong communication, clinical knowledge, and safety practices required.
