Are you passionate about working with children birth to 3 years and supporting families? We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays.
The role involves collaborating with families to develop individualized plans, delivering developmentally appropriate speech therapy, and acting as a service coordinator. Responsibilities include assessments, developing IFSPs, documentation, and facilitating parent-child interactions.
Requirements include Massachusetts licensure, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Bilingual skills are a plus.
