Responsibilities include:
Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Developing individualized treatment plans
Working with patients requiring trach and vent support
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Educating patients, families, and caregivers
Maintaining accurate documentation
Requirements:
Active Oklahoma SLP license
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with trachs and vents a plus
