Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Supporting patients with trach and vent needs
- Collaborating with teams and educating patients and families
- Maintaining accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Active Oklahoma SLP license
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with trachs and vents is a plus
