Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to children birth to 21 in school settings and homes. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, with up to 30 hrs/week during the school year and approximately 45 hrs total in summer (July-August).

Successful candidates must have CCC-SLP, MN Department of Health licensure, and Department of Education licensure.

**Responsibilities include:**

Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

Implementing evidence-based therapy techniques

Providing early intervention services

Collaborating with families, teachers, and healthcare teams

Maintaining documentation and educating families

**Skills required:**

Experience in pediatrics and school settings preferred

Proficiency in speech therapy methods and assessments

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Empathy and patient care focus
