Speech-Language Pathologist – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to children aged birth to 21 in school and home settings.

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans.

Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate documentation and educate families on communication strategies.

Qualifications include CCC-SLP, MN licensure as an SLP, and Department of Education licensure. Experience in pediatrics and school settings preferred.

This part-time role offers flexible hours (30 hrs/week during the school year, approximately 45 hrs in summer), with pay ranging from $37.00-$45.00/hr, benefits, and a flexible schedule.

Work may be in person, supporting children’s communication development and improving their quality of life.
