This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over a year, based in San Pablo, CA.
Position Overview: Provide direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, document services accurately, supervise clinical staff, and participate in team conferences. Ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards while promoting professional growth and a positive facility culture.
Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, CA license or license candidate, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, and current CPR certification if required. Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
