Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to children birth to 21 in school and home settings. This part-time role involves up to 30 hrs/week during the school year and approximately 45 hrs in summer (July-August). The candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, developing individualized plans and collaborating with families and professionals. Requirements include CCC-SLP, MN licensure, and Department of Education licensure.

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on evaluations and family input.

Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and support early intervention.

Maintain accurate documentation and educate families on communication strategies.

Collaborate with educators and healthcare teams for holistic care.

Skills include pediatric experience, strong communication, empathy, and knowledge of speech pathology practices.
