Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home and community-based early intervention services for children birth to 3 years old with developmental delays or at risk.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans, delivering direct therapy, and supporting families to promote child development. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, documentation, and acting as a service coordinator are key aspects of the role.
Requirements include current MA licensure, CCC or CF eligibility, strong knowledge of early childhood development, excellent communication skills, and reliable transportation. Bilingual skills are a plus.
