Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech-Language Pathologist provides direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, utilizing comprehensive evaluations and tailored treatment plans.

  • Evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families and interdisciplinary team members, and documents services accurately.
  • Develops effective treatment strategies, obtains physician approvals, and monitors patient progress.
  • Supervises clinical staff and ensures compliance with regulatory documentation standards.
  • Contributes to team meetings, integrates interdisciplinary findings, and educates staff and families.
  • Maintains current clinical knowledge through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Promotes a positive facility culture, demonstrates safety practices, and upholds professional standards.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, California license, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and CPR certification if required.
  • This full-time or part-time role offers competitive pay ($58-$62/hr), health benefits, and relocation assistance, with responsibilities performed primarily in person.
