Speech Language Pathologist

Provides direct patient care as a Speech-Language Pathologist, focusing on maximizing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities through evaluations, treatments, and family education.

  • Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, communicates progress with the interdisciplinary team, and documents services accurately in compliance with regulations.
  • Supervises clinical staff and contributes to team meetings, ensuring coordinated patient care and clinical best practices.
  • Maintains professional development by participating in continuing education and staying current with clinical advancements.
  • Supports a positive facility culture by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
  • Ensures safety protocols are followed and work areas are maintained in a safe manner.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and a valid license and certification in speech-language pathology. The role involves both direct patient care and documentation, with a focus on safety and interdisciplinary collaboration.
