We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an ADOR opportunity in Pueblo, CO, offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments at 30, 60, and 180 days. The position is available for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with a pay rate of $48-$52 per hour.

Provide evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Deliver direct therapy to enhance communication, cognition, and safe swallowing techniques.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care.

Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards.
