We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our IN-HOUSE therapy team, with opportunities for new grads, part-time, and PRN roles. A $10,000 sign-on and relocation bonus is offered for full-time positions.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide evidence-based therapy aligned with physician orders and policies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning and discharge meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (CFY candidates welcome).
- Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
