Speech Language Pathologist

The Staff Speech Pathologist provides evaluation and treatment for patients with communication and dysphagia disorders across all ages.

Identify, assess, and treat speech, language, and swallowing issues.

Manage programs related to communication disorders and counsel patients, families, and caregivers.

Participate in departmental operations, record keeping, and discharge planning.

Perform assessments, develop therapy plans, and document progress.

Provide staff training and in-service programs as needed.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree, ASHA certification, and state licensure. Preferred experience includes supervised clinical fellowship or CPY.

Work details: Full-time, in-person, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Salary ranges from $37.00 to $44.00/hour.

Physical and special demands: Strong communication skills, desire to work with diverse populations, and knowledge of medical terminology and videofluoroscopic evaluations are preferred.
