We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team, with opportunities for new grads, part-time, and PRN positions.
Responsibilities include
evaluating, diagnosing, and creating personalized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders delivering evidence-based therapy according to physician orders and facility policies collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care educating patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs maintaining accurate documentation and participating in care planning
Qualifications include
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP from ASHA (CFY candidates welcomed) and preferred experience in SNFs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
