Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team, with opportunities for new grads, part-time, and PRN positions.

Responsibilities include

  • evaluating, diagnosing, and creating personalized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • delivering evidence-based therapy according to physician orders and facility policies
  • collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • educating patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs
  • maintaining accurate documentation and participating in care planning
  • Qualifications include

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology,
  • current state licensure or eligibility,
  • CCC-SLP from ASHA (CFY candidates welcomed)
  • and preferred experience in SNFs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
