Speech & Language Pathologist

We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist to support students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs.

  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and social communication disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy in various settings, including feeding and swallowing support.
  • Collaborate with staff and families, train educators on communication strategies, and participate in IEP and team discussions.
  • Integrate communication supports into behavior plans and assist during crisis situations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.


  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure, and experience with children with behavioral and developmental disabilities. Preferred skills include ABA knowledge, AAC systems, and bilingual abilities.
