We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist to support students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs.
Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and social communication disorders. Provide direct therapy in various settings, including feeding and swallowing support. Collaborate with staff and families, train educators on communication strategies, and participate in IEP and team discussions. Integrate communication supports into behavior plans and assist during crisis situations. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure, and experience with children with behavioral and developmental disabilities. Preferred skills include ABA knowledge, AAC systems, and bilingual abilities.
